Inward Gliding 'lift' door system
The fifth generation Inward Gliding door system, designed to provide reliable operation, excellent sealing and improved passenger comfort.
Its innovative lifting movement allows the door leaves to compensate for the inclination of the vehicle floor. When closing, they return in a controlled drop movement, aligning precisely with the portal and fixation points. This enables a high-performance sealing system at the step edge without brushes, deforming rubber or sliding parts, helping to keep out water, dirt and external noise.
We are showcasing the final development version, ahead of its launch in 2027. The final version includes the latest improvements and is currently being tested in the field by several operators.
Third generation Plug Sliding door system
The third generation Plug Sliding door system combining a slim design with advanced safety features.
Its outward sliding movement creates a completely clear doorway for smooth passenger flow, while giving vehicle manufacturers greater freedom in interior design.
Fully electric and developed in line with ISO 26262 functional safety, PS3 features our advanced DCU 2.0 door controller, providing a flexible foundation for future developments.
Rapid Sliding door system
The Rapid Sliding door, Ventura Systems’ answer to applications where fast operation, a completely free doorway and optimal use of interior space need to come together.
Its distinctive door movement creates a fixed seal between the portal and the door frame rubber, delivering outstanding protection against wind, water and external noise.
The result is an outward-sliding entrance solution with excellent sealing performance, suitable for speeds of up to 100 km/h and improving comfort for both driver and passengers while supporting reliable operation in demanding urban conditions.
Door Control Unit 2.0
The second generation Door Control Unit (DCU), that is at the heart of our door systems. The second generation is a future-ready control platform engineered for faster, smarter, and more precise operation.
It enables highly accurate, continuous monitoring of door speed and position, allowing movement to be adjusted when needed.
With advanced cybersecurity capabilities and a highly configurable architecture, DCU 2.0 provides a flexible foundation for future functions and further development.
Door Adjustment by Sensor (DAS) project
Our Door Adjustment by Sensor (DAS) project, exploring the use of sensors to assess whether a door system has been installed correctly and to support the installation and maintenance process.
Our specialists will give an update on how the sensors work, what we can learn from the data and how OEMs and operators can implement this technology in their processes and activities.
