Ventura Systems Australia has appointed Nigel Wilson of NPW Services as its in-house service and support partner for Australia and New Zealand, further expanding its market presence and customer satisfaction. Wolter Meijerhof, General Manager at Ventura explains: ‘we have been working with Nigel and his team for many years now and it was time to further strengthen our relationship. Nigel will be the main contact person for OEM’s and operators within Ventura for service, training and installation of our door systems. We are very pleased to be able to strengthen our service and support capabilities on a permanent basis with Nigel’s knowledge and experience.’
Nigel is well known in the market, having started his business in 2013, certifying and repairing all types of door systems for all bus operators in NSW. Over the past 10 years, he has grown his business into a professional organisation with 3 employees providing a wide range of services to the growing customer base. Having worked with Ventura Systems over the years, Nigel and his colleagues have a wealth of knowledge and experience of our door systems throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Additionally, Ventura Systems Australia is pleased to announce the expansion of its parts department with the addition of Josh Meijerhof as the new Parts and Logistics coordinator. He will be responsible to streamline the delivery of parts to OEMs and operators in the region. This strategic initiative underscores our relentless pursuit of operational excellence in parts supply.
