Ventura Systems looks back on a successful edition of Persontrafik 2026, held from 20 to 22 October at Stockholmsmässan in Stockholm, Sweden. Together with our Scandinavian service partner Busland, we welcomed visitors to the stand.
Throughout the exhibition, Hans Elgersma and Meindert Couperus held valuable conversations with a wide range of industry professionals, including bus manufacturers, public transport operators and transport authorities. These discussions provided opportunities to strengthen existing relationships, establish new contacts and identify promising commercial leads. The positive feedback from our account managers reflects the value of being present at Persontrafik.
Focus on spare parts and aftersales support
As a service company and service partner of Ventura Systems, Busland plays an important role in supporting our customers in the Scandinavian market. Its local market knowledge and close connections with regional customers help us maintain strong relationships and provide service support in the region.
At the Busland stand, Ventura Systems showcased a selection of spare parts, including parts kits, alongside brochures covering our aftersales service and door systems. The focus on spare parts highlighted the importance of aftersales support in keeping public transport vehicles operational and helping operators maintain reliable services.
Ventura door systems on display
Persontrafik also provided an opportunity to see several buses with Ventura door systems. These included the Karsan e-ATA, featuring Inward Gliding and Plug Sliding door systems; the Scania Fencer F1, equipped with three Rapid Sliding door systems; the Iveco eWay, featuring a Plug Sliding door system at the rear; and the Volvo 7900 Electric, fitted with Inward Gliding door systems.
The exhibition was a valuable opportunity to connect with industry professionals, explore new business opportunities and strengthen our presence in the Scandinavian public transport market. We thank Busland for the opportunity to exhibit alongside them and look forward to building on the contacts and opportunities established in Stockholm.
